Club Kid: story and trailer overview
The story
Club Kid is presented by A24 as a forthcoming film written, directed, and starring Jordan Firstman, with Reggie Absolom, Cara Delevingne, and Diego Calva in the cast. The official description frames it as an upcoming A24 release, keeping plot and specifics under wraps while highlighting the creative leadership and ensemble. The listing notes the project simply as “Coming Soon,” without a confirmed release date in the provided description.
Why it works
A24’s association signals the studio’s curatorial reputation for distinctive indie and auteur-driven work. The sparse copy — emphasizing cast and creative control while withholding a date — appears designed to build curiosity and anticipation rather than reveal narrative details.
What to expect
Based solely on the description, audiences can expect a film driven by Jordan Firstman’s creative vision and performed alongside Reggie Absolom, Cara Delevingne, and Diego Calva. The announcement format implies a forthcoming release under A24’s banner, but offers no plot, genre, or release timing beyond “Coming Soon.” Prepare for an A24-presented title centered on its creator and ensemble.
Our take
Club Kid reads as an auteur-led, ensemble-backed A24 project intentionally teased with minimal detail; the description positions it to generate curiosity while withholding specifics.
